Providing access, learning, resources and technology to all merchants be it small sized, medium sized and large enterprises to faster serve their customers. Just as the F&B industry got disrupted with immediate on-demand deliveries - until it became the norm, we are on a mission to touch and disrupt every consumer facing industry including and not limited to beauty, fashion, pharma and consumer electronics. We will help established businesses online move from 1-2 days delivery lead times, to a delivery within 60 minute. We will also help offline businesses enter the Q-commerce world through a full service proposition and equip them to compete in the digital world. We aim to open the Q-commerce world to all and add value across the spectrum. We’re transforming the way goods are traded, how they are moved around our streets, for better cities, better business and all round better living.
About the role:
As Quiqup is about to enter a hyper growth phase and completely change and accelerate the E-com landscape of MENA. We are looking for a motivated, out of the box candidate who is ready to drive this hyper growth and be part of our story - actually lead it! We know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Customer Success Manager to develop the business of current and future Quiqup clients. You will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Your role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and ensure their success and happiness 365 days of the year, you always develop strategic business from them, actively seek new sales opportunities and nurture a win-in partnership that creates immense value for both Quiqup and the customers. You’ll work closely with our driven sales team who will be glad to show you the ropes. We work hard together and celebrate sales successes frequently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as Quiqup’s Ambassador and point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build, maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting successful customer relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives across different customer hierarchy.
- Ensure the timely and successful execution of Quiqup services according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Prepare reports and updates on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
About you:
- Educated to Bachelor's degree level.
- Work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
